— User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between pkr111 ("pkr111", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the pkr111 website, mobile platform, or any associated services ("User", "you", "your"). This Agreement becomes effective and legally binding upon the User completing the pkr111 account registration process, or upon the User accessing any part of the pkr111 platform that requires registration.

• You are registering your own personal account and not acting on behalf of any third party;

When registering your pkr111 account, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and contact number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the duration of your account. Any changes to your personal details must be communicated to pkr111 support promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr111 login credentials. pkr111 will never ask you to disclose your password. Any activity that occurs on your account using your credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. pkr111 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account at any time at its sole discretion, including where pkr111 has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has violated these Terms and Conditions, provided false registration information, or engaged in conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.

pkr111 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via a range of locally integrated payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All account balances are denominated and displayed in PKR. pkr111 does not accept deposits made using payment methods that are not registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Deposits made to your pkr111 account are intended for gaming purposes only. pkr111 does not pay interest on account balances. In the event of account closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the payment method last used for a deposit on your account, subject to completion of any required verification procedures.

In the event of any inconsistency, sport-specific or game-specific rules shall prevail over these general terms in respect of that specific game or betting market.

pkr111 offers live in-play betting markets including ball-by-ball cricket markets, PSL match betting, and a range of international sports events. Odds displayed on live markets are subject to change in real time. It is your responsibility to confirm the odds applicable to your bet at the moment of placement — pkr111 will honour the odds displayed at the confirmed time of bet placement.

pkr111 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after the event to which it relates had already concluded;
• The odds offered were the result of a manifest error or technical malfunction;
• The event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise rendered void under the applicable sport rules;
• There is credible evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or any other integrity issue affecting the event.

All casino game outcomes on pkr111 are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. pkr111 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slots and casino games are accurate reflections of the mathematical models underlying those games over statistically significant play volumes.

pkr111 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits on any game or market at any time. Stake limits applicable to your account will be displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr111 platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. pkr111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in any of the following, and to forfeit any balance associated with such account:

• Registering more than one account on the pkr111 platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage;
• Using the pkr111 platform while under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software errors, technical malfunctions, or pricing errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or corruption in relation to any event offered on the pkr111 sportsbook;
• Making deposits using payment methods registered in a third party's name;
• Engaging in money laundering or any other criminal financial activity through your pkr111 account;
• Sharing your pkr111 account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to access or operate your account;

Unauthorised use of pkr111 intellectual property may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr111 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pkr111 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any other economic loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

pkr111 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical defects. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, pkr111 reserves the right to void the affected transactions and restore account balances to their pre-transaction state.

pkr111's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your pkr111 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

pkr111 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering a pkr111 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the pkr111 Privacy Policy. pkr111 implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. You may request closure of your pkr111 account at any time by contacting pkr111 support. Upon receipt of a valid account closure request, pkr111 will process the closure and return any verified balance to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements and deduction of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture under applicable bonus terms.

pkr111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where: (a) pkr111 reasonably believes the account has been used in breach of these Terms and Conditions; (b) pkr111 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or licensing requirement; (c) continued operation of the account poses an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users.

Upon termination of your account for any reason, all rights granted to you under this Agreement cease immediately. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including limitations of liability, intellectual property provisions, and dispute resolution terms — shall continue in full force and effect following account closure.

pkr111 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where pkr111 makes a material amendment to these terms, it will notify registered users via the email address associated with their pkr111 account and/or by publishing a notice on the pkr111 platform. The updated Terms and Conditions will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the pkr111 platform following the publication of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the pkr111 platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of this Agreement.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming licensing standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr111 holds its operating licence. pkr111 operates under internationally recognised gaming licensing frameworks that provide oversight of platform fairness, player fund protection, and dispute resolution procedures.

In the event of any dispute between you and pkr111 arising under or in connection with this Agreement, you are encouraged to first contact pkr111 support to seek an informal resolution. pkr111 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through informal channels, the dispute shall be referred to the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution procedure.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
